Sharing news on progress at MSBAI (GURU engineering AI assistant). We have been heads down the last two months in both the bizdev and development teams and we have a lot of progress to announce!

Business development:

• We have a new contract business we will be able to publicly announce shortly
• We’ve attracted interest from MDA, NASA, and NRO for democratizing trajectory prediction; AFRL, DOE, ERDC, and NGA for democratizing CFD; and we recently started to engage the ARMY and SOCOM for democratizing virtual world simulation
• Common need we answer: 1) they need general engineering teams and enlisted people to start using specialized simulation software ASAP (democratize access), 2) they need to reduce setup time from hours down to minutes (minimize manual workload)
  • New USAF acquisition article stresses need for simulation, and to ‘own the tech stack‘ highlighting Digital Twin as an example where multiple simulations stitched together must run autonomously – GURU is the new solution to achieving this and we just submitted new proposals on this topic

Team:

• We have a total of ten personnel on the team including full time and contract
• In the bizdev team, we have been doing a lot of customer discovery both with government agencies, as well as private companies and it has been exciting to learn how massive the need is to democratize access and minimize manual workload – we have new evidence supporting our market size and revenue projections
• In the technical team, we have people working on every aspect of GURU from Interface and orchestration, to hybrid artificial intelligence, to applications, to automated distributed job deployment to Kubernetes clusters and for government supercomputers and commercial cloud systems

Product:

• A week ago we were invited by SOFWERX to present GURU at their Tech Tuesday – companies are only invited when SOFWERX deems their technology a “Transformational Innovation” so we were honored by this decision

• We have demonstrated new capabilities in our ARTIST system critical to accelerating the rate at which GURU learns new specialized tasks:
  • We demonstrated language-based program synthesis capabilities, and tree-based program synthesis capabilities at the foundation of our answer to the question “how does GURU learn how to run all this different software?”
  • We have demonstrated new distributed multi-framework AutoML capabilities at the foundation of our answer to the question “how does GURU make generalized enough decisions for what I specifically want GURU to do for me?”
